With precise vision and leadership, Bill has positioned Dymond Industries among the region’s elite service providers in both residential and commercial site construction.  In 2014, Bill started the asphalt division of Dymond Industries to pair with its’ already formidable masonry division.  This new enterprise rapidly found its’ footing and began to grow.  The success achieved in this endeavor led to the application of the same “Service First” concept across the various trades Dymond Industries services today.  His commitment to integrity and his community have been the pillars of the company’s development.  Now his #1 hobby is entertaining his young grandchildren.

A graduate of Florida International University’s Dual Degree Program (International Business ’08 and Finance ’09), Kevin brings a unique perspective to this construction-based business.  Through reinvestment in leadership training, equipment upgrades, and land development deals, Kevin has taken Dymond Industries from a one crew residential masonry company into a multi-faceted enterprise able to design, implement, and complete any project.  Outside of the office Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.  When not at one of the kids’ sporting events, the family loves to travel and explore new places.

Throughout her career, Sara has been in leadership roles managing both people and resources with an acute attention to detail.  Since joining Dymond Industries, Sara has taken her knowledge and skill set to create coherent systems which allow the day to day operations of the company to run smoothly while orchestrating seamless integration between the various departments.  Sara started her career as a marine mammal trainer which required great patience and ability to communicate clearly – two skills that have made her so successful in her transition to the world of professional services.

Creativity, vision, and direction are all key components in a successful outdoor living space overhaul. Not only does Chris bring all these traits to each individual project, but his experience in the industry is unmatched. With over 10 years of industry experience and thousands of successfully completed backyard renovations under his belt, he is well versed in all aspects of outdoor construction. Patios, retaining walls, driveways, and more; Chris has delivered project after project on time and on budget. When not designing great outdoor spaces, Chris is an avid softball player and a proud father to his newborn daughter.

Arty brings over 25 years of experience in the asphalt and concrete industry to Dymond Industries. A tenacious worker, clients love his hands-on approach and the way he treats each job site as if it was his very own living room. His knack for residential design is only equaled by his ability to continuously produce on commercial sites. Heading up day-to-day operations and logistics, Arty navigates the difficult task of keeping job sites running uninterrupted with material, equipment, and manpower. Arty brings the same tenacity to the deck hockey rink where he has terrorized opponents for forty years as a top-ranked player in the nation.

With 15 plus years in asphalt installation and maintenance, Mike has covered each coast and everywhere in between. Mikes’ experiences and technical know-how keep the asphalt division at the forefront of new technology and techniques. Providing clients with cost-effective solutions to large-scale project concerns, Mike has successfully developed relationships with some of the largest property owners in the region, making Dymond Industries the choice for pavement maintenance & restoration.  In his free time, Mike enjoys boating the north shore of Long Island and traveling with his wife and two children.

Luis joined Dymond Industries in the Spring of 2020 and has quickly worked his way from a truck driver to Project Manager.  His work ethic and commitment to learning the trades has greatly aided his rapid ascent.  A great communicator, Luis is trilingual (English, Spanish, & Portuguese) and can quickly assess a situation to provide the best solution to any arising problem.  An avid snowboarder, Luis spends most winter weekends in the Catskills with friends and family.

As someone who likes to learn new things, it is no surprise that Kevin Taranto has quickly climbed the ranks at Dymond Industries.  Now in the Project Manager role, Kevin enjoys being able to oversee projects from inception to completion, making sure each step along the way is completed to the KDI standards.  In his spare time he enjoys exploring new places with family, working on cars, and completing DIY projects around the house.  Kevin will have less time for these passions in the near future as he and his wife are extremely excited to welcome the birth of their child this Spring!

Esteban Cabrera has been a mainstay in backyards and commercial projects over Long Island for the past 20 years. He has grown from a laborer mixing cement, to the #1 requested hardscape installer on Long Island through his attention to detail.  Esteban sets the standard daily of what it means to be successful through his actions and is always willing to teach the next generation.  He loves to spend time with his wife and two children creating great family adventures. An avid sports fan, his beloved Jets have made it hard to fully enjoy his passion for football.
